for the past five years. Before that, she was a Sr. Technical Writer
for several well-known software development companies. She holds
a BA in English from Ohio State, a Certificate in Technical Writing
and a Certificate in Internet Technologies from Northeastern University,
and will earn her Masters in Technical Communication in December
from Texas Tech University. |
